             The consultant in the management of small and medium institutions, Abdulla Al Daweesh, defined creativity as "process and production". The creative process is clear through the thinking abilities of individuals and enables them to create relationships between things that have never been formed. In a comparison between creativity and change, Al Dweish explained that change comes at a specific time when change must occur while creative opportunities are available at different times. As for the importance of innovation for small and medium institutions, Al Dweesh said that it contributes to: raising income levels, lowering cost levels, reducing the size and time of operations, and diversifying sources of income.
He also noted that the characteristics of incubated enterprises are: Flexibility, effective cost and time management, measured feasibility, limited job leakage and attractiveness to talent, high probability of success and development, competitiveness and early initiatives.
Al Daweesh is considered one of the most important elements of creativity. He believes in the importance of work and selfabilities. He is characterized by openness, knowledge and desire for change, has flexibility, listening, criticism, imagination and imagination, the ability to try and repeat, never giving up and finally resting.
As for the requirements of creativity, he pointed to several elements: focus and clarity of mind and the ability to see the details of the scene, and the vision from several angles of the scene, and the discovery of the correlation between data, imagination, and belief in the existence of diversity that has to be searched and selected, creative and appreciated regardless of its source, and enjoy every stage and position, and continuous creative practice.
